Information we collect

Depending on what you do on the site, we may collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, taken at checkout so we can fulfil and ship your order.
• Your email address alone, if you sign up for early access to a drop.
• The contents of your bag, stored in your own browser rather than on our servers, so it survives a page refresh.
• Anonymous usage data — pages viewed, device type, browser and approximate country.
• Your approximate country, resolved from your connection so we can preselect a delivery country and a display currency.

How we use your information

We use what we collect to:

• Take, fulfil and deliver your order
• Quote accurate shipping rates to your address
• Show prices in a currency that makes sense where you are
• Tell you when a drop is coming, if you asked us to
• Understand how the site is used, and make it better

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

• Paystack, our payment processor, receives your email address and the order amount in order to take payment.
• ShipShap and the carriers it books receive your name, address and phone number to quote rates and deliver your parcel. International orders also carry a customs declaration listing the items and their value.
• Mailchimp holds your email address if you signed up for early access, so that we can send you that announcement.
• Google Analytics receives anonymous usage data.

Payment details we never see

We do not see, handle or store your card or mobile-money details. Payment is completed on Paystack's own systems, and your payment credentials are never entered on this site or transmitted through it.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as we need them to support the order and to meet tax and accounting obligations, which for us is indefinite. Early-access signups are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email we send.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@pesosworldwide.com and we will respond. We may need to keep order records where the law requires it, even after such a request.

Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use it. It sets cookies in your browser and reports information about your visit — including your IP address — to Google, which may store and process it outside your country.

If you would rather not be counted, Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics on every site that uses it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Any change is posted on this page, so it is worth looking back occasionally. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the version published here.
