These terms apply when you browse or place an order on PE$OS Worldwide. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

PE$OS Worldwide is a clothing label operating from Nairobi, Kenya.

Orders and pricing

  • All prices are set in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Other currencies shown on the site are approximate conversions for display only — your payment is charged in KES.
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm the sale once payment clears and the order is accepted.
  • Drops are limited. If an item sells out or is mispriced before we accept your order, we may cancel and refund it in full.

Payment

Payments are processed by Paystack, supporting card, M-PESA and Airtel Money. We never see or store your payment credentials.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery rates are quoted at checkout from live carrier rates. Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged on arrival.

Returns

Returns and refunds are covered by our Return Policy.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, photography, logos and site content are the property of PE$OS Worldwide and may not be reproduced or resold without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
